OptSim “URL has an authority component” Error

This error is due to a version of Java that is used on certain Linux Platforms. The solution is to premodify wrkgrp and usrdir paths located in Options/Preferences/Directories/ as:

Original:

/home/<username>/optsim/wrkgrp

/home/<username>/optsim/usrdir

Modified:

///home/<username>/optsim/wrkgrp

///home/<username>/optsim/usrdir
